Where do I start with the furnishings in this apartment? It's like stepping into a time machine, taking you back to a retro wonderland. The sofa was so delightfully vintage, it felt like sitting on a cloud of nostalgia. And let's not forget the dining chairs, each one with its own personality and charm. Eating at that table was like attending a dinner party with eccentric characters from a Wes Anderson film. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Thanks very much for everything and would definitely book again. In general, it’s perfect base for staying in Edinburgh. The venue provides central heating, iron/ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment.

We had a fantastic stay at Cosy Near Centre in Edinburgh. the apartment was spotless and very comfy, easily accommodating our family of four. It was conveniently located near supermarkets and cafes, yet surprisingly quiet. We found the comprehensive pack provided by the host with details on heating and other amenities to be very helpful. The apartment is also within walking distance to the Royal Mile and other attractions, making it a great choice for exploring the city. Cons: Nothing, it was absolutely perfect! ✨.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with everything you need within walking distance, including shops and bars. It is easily accessible by bus or a short walk, and is just off a road with supermarkets and cafes. The beds are unfortunately very uncomfortable, which could be improved with a mattress topper.

Whenever I visit, I choose this place without hesitation. The staff's morning wake-up call during my first stay left a lasting impression. With Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV, this place suits me perfectly. Ideal for my business trip.

The communal entrance was run down and had a terrible smell, giving off an unsafe vibe. The furniture in the apartment was old and worn out, including a bed with worn springs and suspect bedding.

The place is warm and inviting, with tasteful decor. Impeccably clean and tranquil, no disturbances. Sofa could be comfier, especially after a long day. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking and dining. Conveniently close to Playhouse Theatre and city center, highly recommended.
